This is not a temporary or contract position.\n50% of Your Days Off: Rotating 12-hour schedules with openings on both days and nights.\nCompensation\n$17/hr - Day shift\n$18/hr - Night shift\nBuilt-in overtime through the rotating schedules\nFull-time, direct-hire - not a temp job\nOpportunities for advancement into more advanced production roles\nShift\nWe're hiring for multiple positions across day and night shifts:\nDay Shift: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule\nNight Shift: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule\nResponsibilities\nHands-On Production: Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks, including assembling, handling, processing, and preparing products throughout the production cycle.\nTools & Equipment: Use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.\nQuality Checks: Inspect manufactured components and finished products for defects, damage, and other quality concerns.\nPackaging & Finishing: Label, wrap, package, stack, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment.\nMaterial Handling: Regularly lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials and products throughout the manufacturing area.\nCross-Training: Learn additional production processes, equipment, and workstations as your skills develop.\nQualifications\nAbility to perform physically demanding, hands-on work throughout a 12-hour shift\nComfortable standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials repeatedly\nAbility to stay focused and maintain a consistent pace while performing repetitive tasks\nComfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment\nWillingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and take on additional responsibilities\nStrong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and teamwork\nReliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic\nPrevious manufacturing, general labor, construction, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required.
