You’ll use a forklift to deliver materials, supplies, and WIP to manufacturing areas, move completed products into storage, and help ensure production teams have what they need to keep operating without interruption.\nWhat makes this role great:\nIndependent Work: Take ownership of your area, priorities, inventory organization, and material flow throughout the shift\n50% of Your Days Off: Rotating 12-hour schedules + ability to choose either days or nights\nDirect Path to Advancement: Advanced production and lead roles are filled from the shop floor, creating opportunities for promotion\nCompensation\n$17/hr - Day shift\n$18/hr - Night shift\nBuilt-in overtime through the rotating schedules\nFull-time, direct-hire - not a temp job\nShift\nMultiple openings are available on both days and nights:\nDay Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts\nNight Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts\nResponsibilities:\nForklift Operation: Safely transport work-in-process materials, finished products, supplies, and other materials throughout the manufacturing facility.\nProduction Support: Plan, stage, and deliver required materials and supplies to production areas to maintain steady manufacturing output.\nPick & Pack Support: Work closely with Pick & Pack personnel to ensure orders and materials are accurate and delivered on time.\nMaterial Verification: Check incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, condition, and quality before movement or delivery.\nInventory & Storage: Maintain organized and accurate storage racks and material locations used by production and Pick & Pack teams.\nSupply Monitoring: Communicate with production and other departments to prevent material or supply shortages from disrupting operations.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nRequired\nAbility to safely perform physical, hands-on material handling work throughout a 12-hour shift\nStrong attention to safety, material accuracy, and organization\nAbility to communicate effectively with production and warehouse teams\nAbility to read and follow work instructions, labels, and material documentation\nReliable attendance and punctuality\nPreferred\nPrevious forklift experience\nPrevious material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBasic computer
