You’ll be responsible for difficult setups, troubleshooting, first articles, and helping less-experienced machinists solve problems and improve their capabilities.\nSchedule & Compensation:\n1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM\nFull-time, direct-hire opportunity\nOptional overtime available, average of $50/hrs week\n$35-$45+/hr, depending on experience and technical capabilities\nTake home pay: $100K-$129K gross annually with OT\nWhat You’ll Work With:\n3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills\nFanuc controls\nComplex, tight-tolerance components\nStainless steel, aluminum, and other precision-machined materials\nAerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor work\nWhat You'll Do:\nServe as the lead technical resource for CNC milling on the shop floor\nIndependently perform complete setups on 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills\nTake complex jobs from setup and first article through production\nSupport and troubleshoot setups performed by other machinists\nRead complex blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T\nSelect tooling and establish work and tool offsets\nMake G-code edits and corrections at the machine\nProve out first articles and troubleshoot dimensional, tooling, and machining issues\nHold tight tolerances on complex precision components\nPerform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, and other precision inspection equipment\nRequirements\nStrong experience as a CNC Mill Setup Machinist\nAbility to independently perform complete machine setups\nStrong 3-axis milling experience required;
