# Manufacturing Associate

Overview We're hiring Production Associates for a large, established plastics manufacturing facility, with multiple openings available on both day and night shifts. In this role, you'll work alongside a production line, handling and processing manufactured parts as they come off the equipment. Your responsibilities will include inspecting finished components, sorting and organizing products, completing basic assembly tasks, and preparing materials for packaging or shipment. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, but the parts themselves are generally lightweight. Success in this position comes down to attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to keep up with production. You'll be on your feet throughout your shift, working with your team to make sure products are handled correctly and meet quality standards. This is an excellent first step into the industry, offering the opportunity to learn how a manufacturing operation works, build practical skills, and grow into more advanced positions over time.
