processes and production methods\nImprove productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall manufacturing performance\nTroubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues directly with production teams\nIdentify root causes and implement practical, sustainable process improvements\nSupport new product introduction and production readiness\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, processes, and work instructions\nImprove cycle time, quality, repeatability, workflow, and cost\nPartner with CNC programmers, machinists, Quality, Operations, and Engineering\nHelp standardize manufacturing methods and establish repeatable processes\nTake ownership of engineering projects from problem identification through shop-floor implementation\nRequirements\nExperienced Manufacturing Engineer from a production manufacturing environment\nStrong background in manufacturing process development and continuous improvement\nExperience troubleshooting manufacturing problems and implementing process improvements\nStrong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements\nExperience supporting new product introduction and production readiness\nStrong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills\nComfortable working directly with machinists, CNC programmers, Quality, and Operations\nAble to manage multiple engineering projects and drive them
