Overview
We’re hiring Production Technicians / Machine Operators for a large, established manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on, skilled manufacturing role focused on operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting industrial production equipment. We're looking for individuals who have experience working with machinery, understand how equipment operates, and are comfortable making adjustments to keep production running efficiently and products within specification.
You'll set up and operate production machinery, monitor equipment performance, make mechanical and process adjustments, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Compensation
- $19/hr - Day shift
- $20/hr - Night shift

Shift
Multiple openings are available on both days and nights:
- Day Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts
- Night Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate industrial production machinery, including extrusion lines, cutting equipment, pullers, and other automated or mechanical equipment.
- Equipment Setup & Startup: Prepare machinery for production, verify proper setup, and complete startup, shutdown, and routine operating procedures.
- Machine & Process Adjustments: Adjust equipment settings, tooling positions, speeds, and other operating parameters to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Quality Inspection: Perform routine product inspections and dimensional measurements using tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic mechanical, equipment, and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production.
- Material & Production Support: Monitor material needs, maintain production flow, and assist with material handling and downstream production activities.
- Documentation: Accurately complete production, quality, scrap, labeling, and equipment records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience operating industrial production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience making machine adjustments, changing settings, or troubleshooting equipment during production.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how machinery and production processes work.
- Ability to read and understand product specifications and work instructions.
- Experience using measuring instruments such as tape measures and calipers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with plastic extrusion is a plus, but not required.
