not contract\nShift\nThird Shift\nFull-time\nFlexibility to support other shifts and occasional weekends as needed\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot, program, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.\nCreate, troubleshoot, and support PLC communication networks for existing and new production equipment.\nMaintain PLC software backups and ensure programming laptops remain current.\nDiagnose electrical, controls, and automation issues to minimize equipment downtime.\nSupport robotic palletizing systems, including learning and maintaining Yaskawa robotic equipment.\nAssist with installation, modification, and commissioning of new automated equipment.\nTrain maintenance technicians on PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic fundamentals.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.\nMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and PM records.\nHelp maintain a safe, organized, and reliable manufacturing environment.\nQualifications\n2-3+ years of industrial automation or controls experience.\nExperience troubleshooting and programming PLCs in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read electrical schematics and understand PLC ladder logic.\nExperience supporting industrial networks, HMIs, and automated production equipment.\nExperience with robotics, preferably Yaskawa, is a plus.\nFood manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and computerized maintenance management (CMMS/PM) software.\nAssociate degree in Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work
