precision machining or machine shop experience is strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production lead times, material requirements, and work-in-process.\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor experience is a strong plus.\nAbility to manage multiple customer orders, changing production priorities, and competing deadlines.\nStrong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and internal manufacturing teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
