Depending on the station, you may use hand and pneumatic tools, operate in-line production equipment, perform quality checks, handle materials, or prepare finished products for the next stage of production.\nThe work is physical and fast-paced, but there is significantly more variety than a traditional repetitive assembly position. Team members can learn multiple stations, work with different equipment and processes, and continue expanding their manufacturing skills over time.\nWhat makes this role different:\n50% of Your Days Off: Rotating 12-hour schedules + ability to choose either days or nights\nDirect Path to Advancement: Advanced production and lead roles are filled from the shop floor, creating opportunities for promotion\nVariety of Work: Learn multiple assembly stations, tools, equipment, quality processes, and production tasks as your skills develop\nCompensation\n$17/hr - Day shift\n$18/hr - Night shift\nBuilt-in overtime through the rotating schedules\nFull-time, direct-hire - not a temp job\nOpportunities for advancement into more advanced production roles\nShift\nMultiple openings are available on both days and nights:\nDay Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts\nNight Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule, 12-hour shifts\nResponsibilities\nProduction Assembly: Assemble manufactured components according to established work instructions and production standards.\nTools & Equipment: Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and in-line assembly equipment to complete production tasks.\nQuality Checks: Inspect components and finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality.\nFinishing & Packaging: Complete finishing, labeling, wrapping, strapping, packaging, and related downstream production activities.\nMaterial Handling: Load, unload, move, and organize components and finished products throughout the assembly process.\nProcess Monitoring: Identify quality, production, or equipment issues that could create downtime or scrap.\nProduction Documentation: Complete required production and quality records accurately.\nCross-Training: Learn and rotate across multiple assembly stations as production needs change and your skills develop.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nRequired\nAbility to perform physical, hands-on production work throughout a 12-hour
