You’ll work directly with precision measurement equipment, engineering drawings, inspection requirements, and manufacturing teams to ensure finished components meet customer and engineering specifications.\nThis is a strong opportunity for someone with 1-2+ years of quality inspection or precision manufacturing experience who wants to continue developing their technical skills in a modern manufacturing environment.\nLogistics:\n1st Shift\n$29-33/hr\nWhat You’ll Do:\nInspect precision-manufactured components for dimensional and visual conformity\nPerform in-process and final inspections against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements\nUse precision measurement and inspection equipment, including:\nManual measuring instruments\nCMMs\nVisual measurement systems\nMylar inspection tools\nOther specialized inspection equipment\nInterpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and inspection requirements\nPerform visual, workmanship, material handling, and paint/coating inspections as required\nIdentify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions\nComplete and maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality records\nCommunicate inspection results directly with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering\nRequirements\n1-2+ years of quality inspection, manufacturing, or related experience\nExperience inspecting precision-manufactured or machined components\nFamiliarity with precision measurement tools and dimensional inspection\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection requirements\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accurate measurements\nAbility to recognize and clearly document nonconforming product\nBasic computer skills for entering and maintaining inspection data\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nDependable, organized, and comfortable working independently\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
