hiring an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function at a new, state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility in Horsham, PA.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands quality from both sides: owning the Quality Management System at a high level while staying closely connected to the manufacturing floor.\nYou’ll lead the site’s quality organization, own AS9100, develop the quality team, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and partner directly with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure complex, close-tolerance components consistently meet demanding customer requirements.\nThis is an opportunity to build and improve a quality organization, not simply maintain an existing system.\nWhat You’ll Own\nLead the day-to-day Quality function and quality team\nOwn and maintain the site's AS9100 Quality Management System\nLead Management Review, quality objectives, and site-level KPIs\nDrive performance around COPQ, scrap, rework, customer escapes/returns, and corrective-action effectiveness\nMaintain a strong Quality presence directly on the manufacturing floor\nLead investigations involving nonconformances, customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality escapes\nDrive root-cause analysis and CAPA through effective resolution\nLead and support internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits\nOwn and improve First Article Inspection (FAI) and production inspection processes\nSupport MRB and make sound disposition decisions based on requirements and risk\nEstablish inspection plans, control plans, sampling methods, and quality documentation\nOversee CMM, dimensional inspection, metrology, and calibration systems\nUtilize SPC and quality data to identify trends and reduce defects\nPartner with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop robust, repeatable processes\nRequirements\n7+ years of Quality experience within precision manufacturing or machining\nPrevious experience in Quality leadership or senior Quality management\nStrong knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001\nExperience in a close-tolerance CNC machining environment\nStrong technical understanding of CNC machining, GD&T, CMM inspection, dimensional inspection, and engineering drawings\nDemonstrated experience with root-cause analysis, corrective action, and CAPA\nExperience with FAI and production inspection requirements\nExperience conducting or supporting internal and external audits\nAbility to use quality data and KPIs to identify problems and drive measurable improvement\nExperience leading and
