This is a rare chance to rebuild the tools the world's best scientists use to create tomorrow's technology.\n The work\nBuild core data infrastructure: ingestion, normalization, storage, indexing\nShip across the stack (Python backend, TypeScript/Next.js frontend)\nDesign schemas that make heterogeneous lab data queryable\nWork with scientists to turn domain problems into working software\nOwn reliability and make good tradeoffs on quality vs. speed\nYou\n4+ years of software engineering experience\nStrong in Python and TypeScript\nKnow databases deeply (not just how to use them, how they work)\nComfortable independently solving problems end-to-end\nCurious about science and how labs actually operate\nCS degree or equivalent\n[optional] Have experience with scientific data, Django, Next.js, GCP, SQL, early-stage startups\nCompetitive base with flexible salary/equity split.
