The position primarily focuses on mid-level donors who give between $1,000 and $5,000, with a long-term focus on cultivating major donors who give $5,000 or more.\nReports to: Development Director\nJob Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week\nWork Arrangement: Primarily in person, with one remote workday per week and up to three weeks of additional remote work available annually, subject to supervisor approval\nTravel: Intermittent travel is required\nSalary: $75,000 annually\nBenefits: LABB takes work-life balance seriously.
