Right now, the delivery process is: prototype review, spec clarification, implementation planning, AI-assisted coding, QA, checking what was actually built, and preparing features for final merge.\n\nWe want to have this entire workflow managed by the right engineer.\n\nYour job will be to take a feature brief, PRD, prototype, or Loom walkthrough and own the process from:\n\nInput → clarification → implementation plan → AI-assisted build → self-review → QA → PR → merge-ready branch.\n\nWe are looking for someone who can take ownership, not create more management work.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nYou will be responsible for:\nReviewing PRDs, prototypes, tickets, or Loom walkthroughs\nAsking clear, batched clarification questions\nCreating concise implementation plans before coding\nUsing AI coding tools to accelerate development\nReviewing and improving AI-generated code\nBuilding full-stack product features\nWriting or updating tests where appropriate\nRunning QA before handing work over\nCreating clean, reviewable pull requests\nDocumenting what was built, what changed, and what risks remain\nPreparing branches that are actually ready to merge\nCommunicating clearly and asynchronously\n\nWhat “Done” Means\n\nA feature is not done when the code is written. You will be asked to:\n\nReview the brief/prototype\nWrite a short implementation plan\nBuild the feature\nQA it\nOpen a clean PR\nProvide a Loom or written walkthrough\nDocument assumptions, risks, and anything not completed\n\nWe are not just evaluating whether the code works. We are evaluating whether you can own the delivery process end-to-end and how well you leverage AI.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nSuccess means the team can give you a PRD or prototype and receive back a merge-ready branch without needing to manage every step.\n\nGreat output looks like:\n\n“I reviewed the feature brief, found two ambiguities, made reasonable assumptions, implemented the core flow, added tests, QA’d happy path and edge cases, documented one tradeoff, and the branch is ready for review.
