Junior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales who is eager to learn, take ownership, build client relationships independently, and contribute directly to business growth by identifying opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients.
• Support senior sales executives in managing client accounts.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Engage in marketing activities to enhance lead generation

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (agency, retail, or B2B experience preferred).
• Strong English communication skills for client-facing sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
