revenue.\n\nFaster creative testing and iteration.\n\nHigh-quality work launched quickly.\nConsistent campaigns across channels.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, digital, or performance design.\n\nA strong portfolio showing work across multiple marketing channels.\n\nExperience designing ads, landing pages, emails, ecommerce flows, and digital campaigns.\n\nStrong visual design, typography, layout, and art direction skills.\n\nUnderstanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.\n\nExperience developing creative for A/B testing.\n\nExpertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.\n\nAbility to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and respond well to feedback.\n\nBonus Qualifications\nExperience with subscription, membership, ecommerce, or consumer brands.\n\nMotion graphics or short-form video experience.\n\nFamiliarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, or programmatic advertising.\n\nUnderstanding of
