海外プロダクトのような「洗練された体験」を、キャリア領域に持ち込む。

Lagomlivが展開する複数のプロダクト（自動生成AI、キャリアテックSNS）を横断し、UI/UXのデザインから実装までをリードしていただきます。

代表の山中が重視するのは、日本の既存サービスにありがちな硬いUIではなく、

海外の最新スタートアップのような、URLを送るだけでカッコいいと思えるデザイン。最先端の海外プロダクトにもアンテナを張り、ユーザーが触れるのが楽しくなるような体験をデザイン・実装する役割を担っていただきます。

◆具体的な業務内容

01.プロダクト横断のUI/UXデザイン・実装

・キャリア情報を「スコアリング」し可視化するための、直感的でモダンなUIデザイン

・React/Next.js等を用いた、フロントエンドの実装（デザイン〜コードまで一貫して担当）

02.ユーザー体験のハック

・「データを入力したくなる」インセンティブ設計のUI化

・モバイル・Web両面でのシームレスな操作性の追求

Preferred Experiences

・情報志向性： スタートアップのUI/UXトレンドを日常的にキャッチアップしている方。

・Tailwind CSS / Framer Motion 等を用いた、動きのある気持ちいいUIの実装経験。

・モバイルアプリ（React Native等）のUI設計・実装経験。

・クリエイティブ×エンジニア： コードは手段であり、最高にかっこよくて使いやすいプロダクトを世に出したい方。
