You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Finance, combining strong technical analytics with the business acumen to translate findings into meaningful recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into complex problems, building smarter ways to work with data, and finding practical applications for emerging technologies, including LLMs.\nThis position is remote and open to candidates within Canada.\n\nAs Senior Data Analyst, you will…\nAnalyze and model complex datasets to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.\nBuild and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, data models, and KPIs that give teams clear visibility into business and product performance.\nDesign scalable analytical processes for data intake, validation, mining, transformation, visualization, and communication.\nApply LLMs and emerging AI capabilities to analyze and process data in consistent, repeatable, and scalable ways.\nTranslate data into a story, clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and business impact to internal teams, leaders, customers, and other stakeholders.\nEstablish and maintain data quality standards and controls to ensure reporting and analytical deliverables are accurate, reliable, and aligned with organizational requirements.\nPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Solutions, Finance, and other teams to understand business challenges and turn them into effective analytical solutions.\nLook ahead, anticipating future reporting and analytics needs and proactively building solutions that help Laivly scale.\nAs Senior Data Analyst, you have…\n7+ years of experience working with complex datasets, including data analysis, manipulation, modeling, and extracting actionable business insights.\nAdvanced SQL skills, including querying across multiple tables, complex joins, subqueries, and large datasets.\nStrong knowledge of data mining and analytical techniques, including predictive analytics, hypothesis development, experimental design, statistical analysis, and translating results into actionable recommendations.\nExperience designing and building dashboards, reporting solutions, data models, or databases that support decision-making.\nExperience working with data lake or modern cloud data environments.
