Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales goals through active selling and clienteling. \nModel unmatched hospitality for the store team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering brand loyalty \nWork with the LAKE retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s performance \nMaintain a deep knowledge of product lines, trends and the brand story to share with clients \nAssist the retail leadership team in opening and closing duties, coaching associates, resolving customer complaints, and leading the team to success. \nAssist with receiving and processing shipments, maintaining stockroom organization, processing returns, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Support store opening and closing procedures. \nEnsure the sales floor and window displays reflect LAKE’s seasonal visual direction. Maintain cleanliness, product placement, and on-brand merchandising throughout the day. \nTeam Support: Act as a key holder and point-of-contact during manager absence.
