Reporting to the Manager, Digital Product, you'll work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, Client Services, and our agency partners to maintain site quality, identify opportunities for improvement, weekly site, product, and customer reporting, sharing relevant observations with the E-commerce team\n\nConduct routine site audits and merchandising updates, flagging UX opportunities and product bugs\n\nQuality assurance agency development releases before launch, log issues through the team's ticketing process, and confirm fixes\n\nSet up, quality assurance, and launch A/B tests under the direction of the Manager, Digital Product, and contribute to testing plans and readouts\n\nManage search and product recommendations in Nosto, monitoring performance and making updates as needed\n\nUse Fullstory to monitor customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve the site experience\n\nPull data for post-launch recaps and seasonal hindsight reporting\n\nHandle day-to-day e-commerce requests, including discount codes and Shopify Flow automations\n\nWork with Client Services, Marketing, and other teams on e-commerce requests and ad hoc reporting\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree\n\n1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital analytics, preferably with a DTC brand\n\nUnderstanding of UX best practices and A/B testing fundamentals\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data from multiple sources\n\nFamiliarity with Shopify is a plus\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills\n\nA kind, collaborative approach and a willingness to stay above
