This is a role for someone who finds real satisfaction in getting the numbers right and telling a clean, honest story with data.\nA day on the job looks like this:\nBuild, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that track pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance. \nExtract and transform data from Salesforce, Data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platforms to support accurate, consistent reporting across the organization. \nRun routine data audits and validation checks to catch gaps, flag inconsistencies, and keep reporting outputs trustworthy. \nPartner with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver timely insights. \nDocument reporting processes, support tool maintenance, and continuously look for ways to improve how we build and share data. \n Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:\nRequired:\n2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field \nHigh proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, and experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce \nHands-on experience with a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or a comparable platform \nDemonstrated ability to audit, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting workflows \nThis is a fully remote role; reliable home office setup and self-directed work habits required \nPreferred:\nExperience supporting sales operations or working alongside sales and marketing teams \nFamiliarity with data lake environments or enterprise data extraction processes \nExposure to documenting reporting processes or supporting tool migrations \nWhat sets you apart:\nYou catch the error before anyone else does - and you fix it without being asked \nYou can translate a messy data request into a clean, useful output without needing every detail spelled out \nYou communicate what the data actually says, not just what stakeholders hoped to hear \nYou manage competing priorities without losing accuracy or dropping the ball on routine deliverables \n And here’s our end of the bargain!\nAt Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.\nFor this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a hourly rate between $22.35-$24.03 depending on relevant experience & skillset.\nThis range is indicative of projected hiring range.
