to management, and providing recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate) \nAddressing questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. \nActing as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors. \n\nKnowledge and skills required for the role: \nA four-year degree in a related field with 36+ months of direct experience leading projects OR a diploma in a related field with 60+ months of direct experience leading projects \n35+ hours of project management education/training OR CAPM Certification \nDirect project management experience of automation and/or mechanical process solutions projects\nIndustry knowledge with experience in control systems, energy management and mechanical systems\nExperience with software development lifecycle \nExperience with testing processes, tools, and techniques \nknowledge of project management best practices, with a balanced approach to managing scope, cost, delivery, quality, and multiple stakeholders \nKnowledge of product/hardware development cycle \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills \nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail \nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nStrong leadership skills, specifically ability to lead without authority \nAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate \nAbility to quickly learn about the project or product being developed \nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software \nAble to handle multiple tasks with different priorities \nCompleting assigned work with minimal supervision, but with the active support of other team members \nHighly flexible and adaptable to work environments \nAbility to take on challenges and to work in a fast-paced, cross-discipline environment, both independently and as a
