shift position, Monday-Friday, Noon-9:00PM. \nResponsibilities\nSchedule maintenance and repair work, providing customers with accurate completion time estimates.\nAssign work to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient completion.\nMaximize the use of available direct labor hours to improve productivity.\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding service work.\nEnter labor time on repair orders and daily reconciliation of clock time versus repair order time.\nAssist with facilitation of work being coordinated with outside vendors and dealerships.\nMaintain parts inventory and process monthly reconciliation.\nSupport department workflow to maintain consistent service quality and volume.\nPrepare estimates and communicate customer billback work as needed.\nMonitor repair time versus standards and assist with coaching and developing technicians.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.\n\nQualifications\nA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred\nPrevious exposure to vehicle or machine repair terminology helpful\nThe ability to establish clear directions and sets definitive goals to ensure objectives are met\nThe ability to identify priorities and plan accordingly to meet deadlines\nEnsuring that the highest value of service is delivered to satisfy customer requests to encourage customer loyalty\nEffectively communicate information in a direct, concise, and unambiguous manner\nCandidate presents a high level of attention to work and continually strives to improve quality of performance in self and others\nProven ability to address a variety of business issues that arise in a professional manner\nThe ability to operate under high pressure situations and maintain self-composure in the face of challenging circumstances\nCandidate possesses exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time management
