You will serve as the steward of our enterprise technology ecosystem, with responsibility for NetSuite, systems integrations, data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and the technology decisions that support our brand vision.\nWho You Are\nYou are equally comfortable discussing architecture with executives and solving technical problems yourself.\nYou know how to evaluate tradeoffs, avoid unnecessary complexity, and build solutions that can withstand years of growth.\nYou believe technology should create clarity, not complexity.\nYou have a deep appreciation for systems that are elegant, maintainable, and built with intention.\nYou enjoy autonomy and owning your impact to the business.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the architecture and day-to-day health of LAKE's core enterprise systems, with NetSuite as the system of record.\nOwn and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business priorities. \nDefine LAKE's data architecture strategy, including warehousing, reporting infrastructure, and the path toward scalable analytics. \nLead and build middleware and integration architecture so workflows are structured, visible, and easy to maintain. \nLead evaluation and selection of new technology platforms with rigor around integration complexity and long-term maintainability.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical, shippable solutions. \nDevelop and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, and scripts that support evolving business processes. \nProactively monitor system performance and integrations; diagnose and resolve issues quickly and precisely. \nLead system upgrades, releases, and maintenance with minimal business disruption. \nProvide technical oversight to external vendors, agencies, and contractors. \nEstablish and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices;
