flag blockers early.\n\n- Support hiring : conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates.\n\n- Act as the primary technical contact for product, operations, and leadership.\n\n- Translate technical constraints and timelines for non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Document decisions, architecture, and processes clearly.\n\n- Conduct 1-on-1s and provide structured feedback to team members.\n\n- Guide junior and mid-level developers on best practices and career growth.\n\n- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- Strong hands-on Sr. Full Stack Developer Profile (Vue.js / Node.js / MongoDB) with E-commerce/marketplace/B2B SaaS exposure.\n\n- Must have 5+ years of software development experience, with at least the recent 1+ years in a Lead or Senior role.\n\n- Must have strong Vue.js 3 - Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router, and component architecture.\n\n- Must have strong Node.js - Express.js or Fastify, REST API design, async/await, and JWT / OAuth2.\n\n- Must have strong MongoDB - schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and Mongoose.\n\n- Must have strong Git workflows (branching strategies, PR discipline, GitFlow) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent, basic Docker).\n\n- Must have AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3);
