Overall/Total Experience : 7-9 years only
Location : Gurugram (Only for Candidates based in Delhi/NCR)
Working Days : 5 Days Working from office
Notice Period Requirement : Immediate Joiners or Serving Notice Period only

Role & Responsibilities :
Were building an AI-native omnichannel dialer platform to transform how businesses engage with customers. As Tech Lead, youll spearhead architecture, guide a talented engineering team, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
What Youll Do :
- Lead design and development of our AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.
- Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.
- Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) & ensure compliance (DNC, GDPR, TCPA).
- Build real-time monitoring, analytics and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.
- Champion DevOps : CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing.
- Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to deliver cutting-edge features.
Candidate Requirements :
- Strong Senior Backend / Tech Lead Profiles.
- Must have 7+ years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in backend and full-stack application development.
- Must have minimum 3+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams.
- Must have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the ability to build scalable full-stack applications.
- Must have strong experience working with Kafka / RabbitMQ.
- Must have experience designing and architecting SaaS-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.
- Must have strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.
- Preferred - Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions.
- Preferred - Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms will be an added advantage.
- Preferred - Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, Speech-to-Text, LLMs, speech analytics, or AI-powered customer engagement products is a plus.
