As Tech Lead, youll spearhead architecture, guide a talented engineering team, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.\n\nWhat Youll Do : \n\n- Lead design and development of our AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.\n\n- Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.\n\n- Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) & ensure compliance (DNC, GDPR, TCPA).\n\n- Build real-time monitoring, analytics and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.\n\n- Champion DevOps : CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing.\n\n- Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to deliver cutting-edge features.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- Strong Senior Backend / Tech Lead Profiles.\n\n- Must have 7+ years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in backend and full-stack application development.\n\n- Must have minimum 3+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams.\n\n- Must have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the ability to build scalable full-stack applications.\n\n- Must have strong experience working with Kafka / RabbitMQ.\n\n- Must have experience designing and architecting SaaS-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.\n\n- Must have strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.\n\n- Preferred - Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions.\n\n- Preferred - Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms will be an added advantage.\n\n- Preferred -
