5 years\n\nLocation : Pune\n\nWorking Days : 6 Days from Office\n\nNotice Period Requirement : 30 Days (Maximum)\n\nClient's Company Size : Startup/Small Enterprise\n\nRoles & Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead performance and optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple regions.\n\n- Localize website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys.\n\n- Monitor website performance and customer behavior using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools.\n\n- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout conversion.\n\n- Optimize UX/UI, reduce cart abandonment, and improve website conversion rates.\n\n- Manage regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches.\n\n- Track website sales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights.\n\n- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.\n\n- Ensure website compliance with regional norms and certifications.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- Strong E-commerce Website Manager Profile with CRO and digital-analytics expertise.\n\n- Must have 3+ years in E-commerce, Website Management, CRO, or Digital Analytics, owning website conversion and online revenue end-to-end.\n\n- Must have hands-on CRO experience - monitoring visitor behaviour, traffic, and conversion, and systematically improving it, including planning/running A/B tests on landing, product, cart, and checkout pages and reducing cart abandonment.\n\n- Must have experience localizing website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys across markets, plus regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches.\n\n- Must have hands-on experience with an e-commerce platform -
