The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cloud, with the ability to design scalable enterprise-grade analytics and reporting solutions.\n\nThe candidate should have strong experience in data architecture, semantic modeling, ETL/ELT, performance optimization, security, and integration of multiple enterprise data sources.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and architect scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions for enterprise analytics.\n\n- Define end-to-end BI and data architecture using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI.\n\n- Design and implement Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, and Medallion Architecture using Microsoft Fabric.\n\n- Develop enterprise-grade Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, and datasets.\n\n- Design optimized star/snowflake schemas, dimensional models, and data marts.\n\n- Implement and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory / Azure Data Factory.\n\n- Design data integration solutions across SQL Server, Azure, cloud, and other enterprise data sources.\n\n- Develop and optimize Azure Synapse SQL pools, Spark workloads, and data pipelines.\n\n- Implement Power BI Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), workspace governance, and deployment strategies.\n\n- Establish Power BI governance, administration, capacity management, and best practices.\n\n- Perform Power BI and Fabric performance tuning, including DAX, data models, refreshes, and capacity optimization.\n\n- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentor BI/Data Engineering teams.\n\n- Define standards for CI/CD, version control, deployment pipelines, and DevOps for Power BI and Fabric.\n\n- Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend solutions aligned with enterprise data strategy.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing.\n\n- Strong expertise in Power BI and enterprise BI architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.\n\n- Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure data services.\n\n- Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL skills.\n\n- Strong experience in data modeling and dimensional modeling.\n\n- Experience with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Warehouse, and Data Factory.\n\n- Experience with Azure Data Factory / ETL/ELT pipelines.\n\n- Strong understanding of data security, governance, and Power BI administration.\n\n- Experience designing high-volume, scalable data and analytics platforms.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Azure certifications such as AZ-305, DP-600, DP-203, or PL-300.\n\n- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2).\n\n- Experience with Azure Databricks / Spark / PySpark.\n\n- Experience implementing Power BI deployment pipelines and CI/CD using Azure DevOps/Git.\n\n- Experience with APIs and integration with enterprise applications.\n\n- Knowledge of Python for data engineering/analytics.\n\n- Experience with Data Governance, Purview, and Microsoft Fabric security.\n\nKey Technology Stack : \n\n- Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake,
