The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple stages of the 3D production pipeline and delivering assets according to project requirements and quality standards.\nRequirements\n2-5 years of experience in 3D art or game-asset production.\nStrong skills in Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or an equivalent 3D package.\nGood understanding of modeling, topology, UV mapping, baking, texturing, and PBR materials.\nWorking knowledge of Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer.\nFamiliarity with Unreal Engine and/or Unity.\nAbility to create optimized assets for real-time use.\nStrong artistic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of form, proportion, and composition.\nGood communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.\nBonus Skills (Nice to Have)\nExperience with ZBrush, Houdini, Marvelous Designer, SpeedTree, or Photoshop.\nKnowledge of shaders, lighting, VFX, rigging, or animation.\nExperience with Perforce, Git, or another version-control system.\nExperience working on AAA, PC, console, or mobile game projects.\nA diploma or degree in Fine Arts, 3D Design, Animation, or a related field.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate 3D models for characters, environments, props, vehicles, or other game assets.\nProduce clean UVs, textures, materials, and optimized game-ready assets.\nPrepare high-poly and low-poly models, baking maps and creating PBR textures.\nIntegrate and validate assets in Unreal Engine and/or Unity.\nSupport lighting, rendering, look development, and scene presentation when required.\nFollow project specifications, naming conventions, style guides, and deadlines.\nTroubleshoot asset issues related to topology, UVs, materials, shaders, and engine integration.\nWork closely with artists, leads,
