This role involves managing team members, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSupervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations during shifts.\nMonitor employee performance and provide coaching or feedback to improve productivity.\nAddress customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.\nAssist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment.\nComplete administrative tasks accurately.\nTrain new employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members.\nSecondary Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with management to achieve company goals and improve operations.\nAssist in scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage.\nSupport marketing and promotional activities as needed.\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.\nAct as a liaison between team members and upper management to communicate concerns or suggestions.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).\nFrequent bending, stooping, and reaching to perform tasks such as cleaning and organizing.\nWalking throughout the store or facility to oversee operations and assist team members.\nLifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, such as supplies and inventory.\nManual dexterity to operate equipment, such as cash registers and computers.\nWork Environment:\nThis role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with team members to meet customer demands.
