for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders\n\nEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives\n\nIdentify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value\n\nNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits\n\nClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders\n\nProactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement\n\nForecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth\n\nAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as create framework\n\nWhat you'll need\nBA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field\n\nProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role\n\nSkilled in data analytics tools and reporting\n\nSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS
