We want individuals who can help us achieve business targets by creating and maintaining professional relationships with business clients.\nWhat you'll do:\n1. Account Growth\nDevelop and execute account growth plans for assigned clients\nIncrease revenue and order volume through upselling, cross-selling, and service adoption\nIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts\nDrive client utilization of Lalamove's products and solutions\nMonitor client performance and provide recommendations to maximize logistics efficiency\n2. Account Retention\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders\nConduct regular business reviews and performance discussions\nProactively identify and address risks that may lead to churn\nResolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.\nDevelop retention strategies for at-risk accounts\nEnsure a seamless customer experience throughout the account lifecycle\n3.
