The role will work closely with the local Finance team and HQ to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with Singapore accounting and GST requirements.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage day-to-day accounting and finance operations\n\nMaintain a complete and accurate set of accounting records for the Singapore entity\n\nPerform bank, balance sheet and other relevant reconciliations\n\nManage the weekly payment cycle, including staff claims, driver cash-outs and supplier invoices\n\nSupport month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and preparation of schedules\n\nLiaise with HQ on accounting matters and resolve finance-related queries\n\nEnsure the timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to management and HQ\n\nPrepare and support the submission of Singapore GST returns\n\nSupport statutory audits and prepare the necessary audit schedules and documentation\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal finance policies\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nWhat We Seek\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team\n\nHands-on, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines\n\nResponsive and able to manage multiple priorities\n\nComfortable working in a multicultural environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nDiploma, Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline,\n\nAt least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience\n\nFamiliarity with Singapore GST requirements, accounting standards and local statutory requirements\n\nExperience supporting or handling a full set of accounts will be an advantage\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel;
