He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.\nWhat you'll do:\nRepresent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements\nStrategize for local business development opportunities\nLead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts\nLead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.\nReports directly to the Sales Manager\nWhat we seek:\nA strategic sales professional who can get the team to work together in meeting aggressive sales targets \nWillingness to push unpopular or difficult choices that benefit the growth of the organization.\nStrong network on which to rely for expanding the business\nCan-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users\nWhat you'll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.\nExperience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred.\nExperience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.\nProficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.\nAt least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.\nMust be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.\nWilling to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub- Brgy.
