About the Role
TheAssistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team composed of sales executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals. He/She is expected to build a high achieving sales acquisition team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. He/She must be able work well under pressure and exhibits a spirit of excellence.
What you'll do:
- Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements
- Strategize for local business development opportunities
- Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts
- Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager

What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred.
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
- Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.
- Willing to work onsite in Lalamove Pampanga Hub, Brgy. Pandan, Angeles City, Pampanga
