campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc)\nMonitor driver performance metrics, identify root causes, and develop data-driven action plans to improve operational performance\nExecute and evaluate driver promotions, activation campaigns, and communication initiatives to improve driver productivity and retention\nReport about to translate data into actionable insights\nAble to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership\nResponsible for executing, monitoring, and reviewing the results of each promotion/campaign execution\nSet and determine a promotion plan for Driver Comms or any Driver Activation project\nExperienced in Canva or similar design tools for creating campaign visuals and communications\nExperience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written
