The ideal candidate should not be afraid to try new things and get ready to make history together with the rest of the ops team at Lalamove Malaysia.\nWhat you’ll do\nIdentify and acquire key referrers, industry influencers, and local community leaders who can support mass lead generation efforts.\nTarget and onboard car rental companies as core strategic affiliates to tap into their existing pool of vehicle hirers.\n\nProspect and onboard diverse types of affiliates-such as automotive workshops, driving schools, and digital driver communities-to continuously expand and boost the driver leads funnel.\n\nDevelop and manage affiliate and referrer activities to drive consistent, high-volume driver registrations.\n\nPlan and execute on-the-ground strategies and field activations to achieve driver acquisition targets.\n\nKeep up with market trends and competitor driver incentives to ensure our referral program remains competitive.\n\nEnsure referred driver leads successfully complete the full onboarding and registration cycle.\n\nTrain and guide affiliates and referrers to fully understand the platform's referral system and driver app.\n\nManage referrer and driver enquiries to resolve onboarding friction on the ground.\n\nWhat we seek\nAn outgoing and open-minded personality that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background)\nAn ambitious individual who has a go-getter attitude to bring solutions and ideas to the needs of the daily operations\n\nStrong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality\n\nAutonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with an ever-changing working environment\n\nStrong understanding to adhere to company process and SOPs and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools\n\nWhat you’ll need\nDiploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory\nPrevious experience in driver/community management or field team recruitment is a
