And we need your help to get us there!\nAs the Driver Operations Manager, you will be in charge of growing and retaining our driver supply for our US operations. This role is a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact through the growth and optimization of the driver population on the Lalamove platform.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDriver acquisition and onboarding: Consistently maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy and efficient process for driver acquisition and onboarding across all vehicle types, from bikes to large vans \nCommunity & Retention Management: Drive and lead communications, training, online community, engagement activities, and multiple business initiatives to build trust & loyalty with our driver-partners across the US\nDriver operations standards: Identity, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues\nPerformance: Consistently track the efficiency of your team and the service quality provided to the network, and deploy corrective/improvement actions\nTeam management: Hire, onboard, and train a team of driver operations associates to execute the local operations; constantly track the efficiency of your team and the service quality provided to the network, and deploy corrective/improvement actions\nProcess improvement and standards: Identity, build and enforce standard operating procedures to manage the supply teams effectively\nWhat we seek:\nLeadership skills to deal with a large and diverse Lalamove community\nStrong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality\nStrong integrity to make the best decisions for the company in every situation and stand firm without compromising\nData-driven to identify leverages and make the best decisions for the business in every situation\nStrong communication to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly and use a structured approach with proven ability to create a framework which facilitates effective communication \n Requirements:\nDegree holder with at least 8 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment\nTeam management experience with at least 3 direct reports, plus if have experience leading multiple functions/verticals\nExperience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, plus if have experience working closely with regional or headquarter teams\nKnowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies\nPositive & open-minded, result-oriented with strong business acumen\nGood command of both written and spoken
