And we need your help to get us there!\nReporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Risk, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating complex fraudulent and criminal activities across our ecosystem. You will leverage data analytics and behavioral intelligence to uncover vulnerabilities, build proactive risk indicators, and advise on proportional controls that safeguard our platform without unnecessarily disrupting supply and demand.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign research method for analyzing platform-wide operational signals, transaction flows, and behavioral data to uncover fraud vectors, account abuse, and system vulnerabilities.\n\nConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on complex risk scenarios (e.g., account takeover, promo abuse, collusive ordering, financial crime).\n\nGather, handle, and evaluate risk intelligence related to anti-narcotics and anti-money laundering (AML).\n\nMonitor risk patterns and trends to design friction-balanced enforcement strategies.\n\nTranslate complex data and concepts into easy-to-understand content.\n\nWhat you'll need:\nEssential Qualifications:\nA recognized Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Analytics or Statistics.\n\nAt least 5 years of working experience in data preparation, analytics and interpretation.\n\nStrong hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python and quantitative analytics methods.\n\nProficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in managing risk intelligence related to narcotics, cybercrime, or money laundering.\n\nHolder of professional certification such as Chartered Statistician (CStat) or its equivalent.\n\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau,
