And we are looking for talented professionals to join us in this journey!!\nAs a Senior Data Engineer at Lalamove, you will be joining the growing Data Platform team to develop and enhance our data platform. The data platform is the centralized portal that enables engineers and analysts across the company to ingest, process, orchestrate, analyze, and visualize the data of our company. As part of the Data Engineering function, the team will design, develop, maintain, and scale the data platform, including the data infrastructure and data services, which provides the foundation to downstream use cases such as data warehousing, reporting, machine learning, analytics, data products etc.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and optimize the data platform of the company, which processes large and rapidly growing volume of data\n\nLead our internal technical improvement projects\n\nInvolve in the technical design of our data platform\n\nEnsure and continuously improve the stability and efficiency of the data platform\n\nSupport and troubleshoot technical issues on the data platform\n\nExplore the application of AI Agents on the data platform to build industry-competitive systems\n\nImplement the capabilities on data platform for analytics, data science, and data product development\n\nWork in a cross-cultural geographically-dispersed team environment\n\nWhat you'll need\n3-5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or software engineering\n\nStrong experience in Java and Spring Boot framework\n\nExperience in building and designing customized platforms on top of the Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, HBase, Kafka, Flink etc.)\n\nStrong knowledge of HDFS, Hadoop ecosystem and its components\n\nFamiliar with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and common NoSQL/caching technologies (e.g., Redis, MongoDB)\n\nExperience in designing and implementing services that handles large volumes of data\n\nStrong ability to troubleshoot quickly in case of production issues\n\nExperience in developing user persona platforms is preferred.\n\nFluency in Mandarin required;
