In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for our hiring needs.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSource qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.\n\nReview and screen applications based on role requirements, qualifications, and relevant experience.\n\nConduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.\n\nMaintain a healthy and updated candidate pipeline for current and anticipated hiring requirements.\n\nEndorse qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring stakeholders for the next stage of the recruitment process.\n\nCoordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.\n\nEnsure candidates receive timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.\n\nMaintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers.\n\nMonitor sourcing and screening activities against recruitment targets and timelines.\n\nWhat We Seek:\nExperience handling high-volume recruitment or multiple vacancies simultaneously.\n\nStrong sourcing skills and familiarity with different recruitment channels and platforms.\nKnowledgeable on Boolean search and other candidate sourcing techniques.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.\n\nResults-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics and targets.\n\nStrong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing candidate qualifications and maintaining recruitment records.\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nPreferably with experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, or Candidate
