The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, artificial intelligence technologies, reporting tools, and operational processes. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions, providing data-driven insights, supporting AI initiatives, and ensuring data quality across GWS systems and processes. The Reporting, Analytics & AI Program Manager's responsibility is to improve decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives through reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\nWhat you’ll do\nDevelop, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting for GWS leadership and business stakeholders.\nCollect, analyze, and interpret data from enterprise systems, including Tririga (IWMS), EHS platforms, data lake/warehouse, SAP, and other business applications.\nProvide recurring and ad hoc reporting to support operational, financial, compliance, and strategic objectives.\nMonitor data quality and consistency across systems and partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis of operational and business performance data.\nSupport the development and implementation of AI, automation, and predictive analitics solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.\nPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\nCreate and maintain data models, reporting standards, and documentation to support consistency, scalability, and governance.\nTrain and support users on reporting tools, dashboards, AI capabilities, and data interpretation.\nMonitor adoption and effectiveness of reporting and AI solutions and recommend continuous improvements.\nAct as a subject matter expert for reporting, analytics, and AI-related requests and initiatives.\nSupport special projects involving data visualization, business intelligence, process optimization, and digital transformation.\nCollaborate with IT, Digital Transformation, Facilities Operations, Real Estate, EHS, Finance, and other teams to support enterprise reporting requirements.\nProvide recommendations on leveraging data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve business processes and operational performance.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience working with enterprise reporting tools and dashboards.\nExperience working with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.\nExperience supporting business process improvement initiatives.\nExperience with AI technologies, automation tools, Microsoft Copilot & Cowork, Power Platform, or machine learning solutions preferred.\nProject management experience a plus.\nExperience with IWMS, SAP, enterprise solutions, data lake/warehouses, or facilities management systems preferred.\nPreferred qualifications\nComfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.\nComfortable working independently and as part of a team.\nImpeccable attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.\nExperience creating executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions.\nStrong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.\nExperience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.\nProficient in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office applications, and related reporting tools.\nWorking knowledge of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts.\nProven experience in operations, business process improvement, and performance measurement.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
