Your work will connect process understanding, system knowledge, and analytics capability to create scalable solutions that improve decision speed, data quality, and operational performance.\nWhat you’ll do\nImprove organizational efficiency by reducing manual data handling, redundant reporting steps, and unnecessary handoffs required to find, validate, or manage critical planning information.\nPartner with planning, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and IT stakeholders to identify process and system friction points that slow decision-making or create avoidable work.\nTranslate business needs into scalable analytical solutions, dashboards, reporting standards, and system-enabled workflows that improve access to the right information at the right time.\nMeasure and publish operational performance against established metrics and targets, ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and connected to business outcomes.\nPerform gap analysis across planning processes, systems, data flows, and reporting routines to identify root causes of inefficiency and recommend sustainable improvements.\nDevelop risk assessments and decision-support narratives that help leaders understand tradeoffs, dependencies, and opportunities for improved execution.\nPresent data-based, prescriptive, and actionable recommendations to leadership with clear linkage to operational performance, system adoption, and efficiency gains.\nDrive cross-functional process and capability improvements that standardize work, increase analytical self-service, and reduce reliance on one-off manual intervention.\nEnsure compliance with analytics standards, data definitions, governance expectations, and reporting best practices.\nTake ownership of complex cross-functional efforts, coordinating stakeholders and advancing work to completion.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in operations, business analytics, systems enablement, process improvement, program management, or a similar role.\nDemonstrated ability to improve business processes through systems, analytics, automation, reporting standardization, or data governance.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose process issues, and translate insights into action.\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI and other analytics, visualization, or data management tools.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex information in simple, actionable terms.\nDemonstrated success working in a fast-paced global environment with cross-functional teams.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption of new processes, tools, or standards.\nPreferred qualifications\nSystems-minded - understands how processes, data, tools, and people connect, and can identify where better system design can reduce effort and improve outcomes.\nAnalytically strong - can convert large amounts of data into simple, accurate conclusions and practical recommendations.\nCurious - has a strong desire to understand the root cause of problems and challenge why work is done the way it is.\nEfficiency-oriented - embraces the detailed work required to deliver high-quality outputs while actively seeking ways to streamline, automate, and reduce manual effort over time.\nComfortable in ambiguity - brings clarity, structure, and control to complex or chaotic situations.\nSelf-directed - may not know everything at the start, but can learn quickly, connect the dots, and move work forward independently.\nStakeholder-focused - can quickly build trust, understand user pain points, and influence adoption of better tools, standards, and ways of working.\nOutcome-driven - takes pride in producing work that is reliable, scalable, and meaningfully improves how the organization operates.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
