The group you’ll be a part of Digital Transformation is a multi-year enterprise initiative focused on standardizing business processes, creating a digital core, improving data quality, enabling AI-driven insights, and deploying scalable technology platforms across the organization. Key initiatives include Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and enterprise data modernization efforts. The impact you’ll make The Digital Transformation (DT) Program Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related business process modernization. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards.
