You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. In this role, you will directly contribute to the successful digital transformation of our organization.\nThe Program Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT, solution architects, vendors, and PMO leadership to design, implement, and optimize scalable business processes and technology solutions. The role requires strong program leadership, business process expertise, stakeholder management, change leadership, and execution excellence in a global environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead programs in Digital Transformation (DT) related projects to solve complex business problems.\nBuild solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies.\nProvide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.\nDevelop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.\nEnsure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.\nRun change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.\nUtilize Jira for project tracking, testing, cutover, and deployment processes.\nWho we’re looking for\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 10-12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\nAdvanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\nAbility to manage risks, ensure adherence to project timelines, and deliver projects within scope and budget.\nProficiency in using Jira for project management tasks.\nPreferred qualifications\nSemiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing industry experience is a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nRelevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master and Lean Sigma\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
