Maintains documentation manuals to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date and available to appropriate personnel. Maintains filing of all master documents.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate with customers and ATs to identify training requirements and develop training plans. Partner with regional and global training center coordinators to identify training opportunities, reserve resources, and schedule training to support business needs.\nAnalyze monthly reconciliation of customer credit usage & internal cost relief. Update all financial data in Learning Management System to ensure 100% accuracy.\nManage the following tasks at the Tualatin Training center: training schedule calendar, instructor assignments, generating customer quotes, processing purchase orders and sales orders.\nOversee all Tualatin ETMP training requests by developing training plans, coordinating session delivery, and completing all related financial transactions within the ETMP LMS.\nAdminister all Tualatin STCP training requests by creating training plans, coordinating training execution, and reviewing and approving associated financial transactions within the STCP database\nCreate and manage Az sessions and student enrollments\nCreate customer profiles for Arizona, Fremont and Tualatin Training Centers\nAdminister process training sessions and student enrollments\nManage feedback/inquiry from customer\nWeekly US Scheduling Calendar review\nProvide training enrollment reports to Security divisions in Arizona, Fremont and Tualatin on weekly basis\n\nWho we’re looking for\nTypically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.\nPreferred qualifications\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
