Your role involves designing and analyzing equipment, conducting experimental tests, evaluating results to create reliable cutting-edge solutions.\nEligibility Criteria\nEducational qualification: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering\nYears of Experience:Primary Responsibilities\nCreation of electrical schematics and system interconnects based on requirements received from cross-disciplinary teams\nOwn the Cable Designs, drafting of cables, creation of harness drawings\nOwn the harnesses created for power panels/power boxes\nCreate and release engineering drawings & bill of materials using Engineering Change Management process\nInteract with PG counterparts in US\nSetting up tool automation options\nSupporting field/build issue resolution\nUnderstanding the system level interconnections and special requirements\nMandatory Skills required to perform the job:\nCreation of electrical schematic diagram, control panel facility connections & field disconnects\nThorough knowledge of E3 Zuken, Formboard Flattening (835).\nCable Design, Harness creation, Components selection - connectors, ring lugs, cable shielding etc.\nHarness creation process and interaction with Mechanical Engineers during 3D routing\nCreation of full harness documentation artifacts\nUnderstanding of troubleshooting with problem-solving techniques such as 5-why, 8D, fishbones, etc.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills including technical presentations.\nExperience in working with cross-disciplinary teams (including mechanical, electro-mechanical, software, process, manufacturing engineers) for major projects with multi-national work environment.\nFamiliarity with cable & harness manufacturing/wiring harness would be a value addition\nExperience in selection of components, setting up equipment for experimentation / testing in laboratory environment, setting up safe practices.\nKnowledge in Engineering Change Management Process\nFamiliarity with cable routing will be a value addition\nSemiconductor domain knowledge would be a value addition\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
