Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with sample imaging techniques, including Cross-Section SEM (XSEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS/EDX), and sample cleaving.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsible for supporting a variety of semiconductor applications using Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) to image challenging structures.\nExperience imaging samples at the wafer level, including acquiring profile, sidewall, and top-down images using SEM.\nSome experience with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) analysis.\nKnowledge of SEM image optimization for a variety of materials.\nAbility to contribute to the development of Best Known Methods (BKM) for SEM imaging of new applications.\nAbility to perform SEM alignments and correct basic fault conditions on metrology equipment.\nMust possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with a large internal customer base.\nWho we’re looking for\nAn Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of hands-on Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) experience.\nDemonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills in English.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work a shift-based schedule as required.\nPreferred qualifications\nTechnical Certificate in a related technical field.\nExperience in metrology or related technical areas.\nExperience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
