We value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and serve as trusted business partners supporting both operational and strategic business objectives.\nThe impact you’ll make\nThe Financial Analyst 4 is a key member of the Global Operations Finance team responsible for supporting cost accounting processes, governance, financial systems initiatives, and compliance activities across the manufacturing network. This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Finance stakeholders to promote accurate inventory valuation, effective financial controls, and successful execution of strategic transformation initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will drive cost roll governance, support Digital Transformation (DT) and SAP S/4HANA initiatives, lead audit and SOX-related activities, and develop automated solutions that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of standard costing and reporting processes.\nWhat you’ll do\nStandard Cost Automation & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain automated reporting solutions supporting standard costing and inventory analysis.\nImprove the efficiency of standard cost maintenance, variance reporting, reconciliations, and management reporting.\nPartner with analytics and systems teams to leverage SAP, Power BI, Excel, and workflow automation tools.\nDesign dashboards and reports that improve visibility into costing and operational performance indicators.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort, strengthen data quality, and improve process scalability.\nFinancial Analysis & Business Support\nPerform variance analysis and investigate significant cost and inventory fluctuations.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, forecasting, and management reporting activities.\nPrepare ad hoc financial analyses and translate results into clear business insights.\nProvide recommendations that support operational and financial improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.\nCost Roll Governance\nCoordinate and support quarterly and annual standard cost roll processes across manufacturing locations.\nReview standard cost changes for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company costing policies.\nPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to evaluate cost impacts of engineering changes, sourcing decisions, and product transfers.\nAnalyse material, labour, overhead, and burden cost drivers and communicate significant changes to stakeholders.\nMaintain cost roll documentation, controls, calendars, and governance requirements.\nAudit & SOX Compliance Leadership\nCoordinate audit requests and prepare clear, complete supporting documentation for internal and external auditors.\nMaintain and enhance SOX controls related to inventory accounting, product costing, and financial reporting processes.\nPerform periodic control reviews to assess adherence to company policies and accounting requirements.\nSupport walkthroughs, control testing, and remediation activities for identified gaps or audit findings.\nPartner with control owners to improve process consistency, documentation quality, and audit readines.\nWho we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree or equivalent certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data visualization.\nAttention to details and demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.\nAbility to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.\nPreferred qualifications\nFoundational understanding of US GAAP and India GAAP is a plus.\nPrior experience within technology, manufacturing, or related industries.\nAdvanced analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.\nSAP and Business Objects experience is highly desirable or demonstrable strong systems skills.\nExperience in business intelligence (BI) technologies, tools, and concepts.\nAbility to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional, and international teams including occasional flexible schedules to accommodate time zones.\nOur commitment\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
